Develop working relationships with the new provost.

Engage in a bottom-up strategic planning exercise guided by the provost. The school is well represented in working groups and core committees for the strategic plan.

Keep the reaccreditation effort on track and moving towards an anticipated early spring 2013 accreditation visit.

We are fully prepared for the visit with all required reports and activities complete.
