Reservation Information for the Granoff Music Center

For all Tufts and non-Tufts University NON-PERFORMANCE Rental Inquiries (such as lectures, conferences, and ceremonies) from any Tufts Department, Office, Division, Campus Group, TCU Group, individual student, or anyone not currently affiliated with Tufts (including alumni) regarding the use of the Distler Performance Hall, Fisher Performance Room, Varis Lecture Hall, Murnane Lobby, or any Granoff Music Center classroom, please contact the Tufts University Conference Bureau at 617.627.3568 or conferences@tufts.edu. Availability of the spaces, fees, and rates for use of the spaces will be discussed. Please note that availability for non-Tufts functions during the fall and spring academic terms is extremely limited. Inquires for use of any Granoff Music Center classrooms by non-Tufts affiliated individuals or groups should also be addressed to the Conference Bureau. The World Music Room and Seminar Room are not available for outside rentals.

For all Tufts and non-Tufts University PERFORMANCE Rental Inquiries regarding the use of the the Distler Performance Hall, Fisher Performance Room, Varis Lecture Hall, or Murnane Lobby from any Tufts Department, Office, Division, Campus Group, TCU Group, or individual student, please contact Jeffrey Rawitsch at 617.627.2253 or jeffrey.rawitsch@tufts.edu. Availability of the spaces, fees, and rates for use of the spaces will be discussed and a meeting will take place before any use agreements are finalized. Non-Tufts affiliated performance rentals that move forward after this meeting will then be forwarded to Tufts Conference Bureau to formalize an agreement. Please note that availability for such rentals during the fall and spring academic terms is extremely limited.

For all Tufts University-affiliated room reservations for regular classroom or practice room use from any Tufts Department, Office, Division, Campus Group, TCU Group, or individual student, please submit a request via the R25 reservation system and contact the main department office at musicadmin@tufts.edu. Fees will not normally apply. The World Music Room is not available for reserving.
