Regular Operational Hours
During the academic term: M - F: 11 am to 4:30 pm and 60 minutes prior to ticketed events for same-day events only.
Commencement Day - Orientation: M - F: 11 am to 2 pm
Closed for all Massachusetts and Federal holidays.

The Box Office accepts the following forms of payment:
Phone Orders: Visa or Mastercard ONLY
Walk-up Window: Visa, Mastercard, Cash, Check

We do not have online ticket sales at this time.

Please Note:
No refunds or exchanges on tickets.
On evenings of ticketed events, phone orders will not be accepted after regular business hours.
The Granoff Music Center Box Office does not sell tickets to events in the Balch Arena Theater.
