Professor Emeritus James Jennings has been reappointed as Special Assistant to the General Counsel for the Boston Housing Authority (BHA)

Professor Julian Agyeman given Athena City Accolade Award by the Centre for the Future of Places at KTH, Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm, Sweden
Recognized for his outstanding contribution to the field of social justice and ecological sustainability, Professor Agyeman was awarded one of the first CFP Athena City Accolade Awards. The award is given to distinguished scholars with substantial body of work that during the scope of their career expanded, enriched and advanced the field of interdisciplinary knowledge within urbanism studies and beyond. Professor Agyeman's recent book, Food Trucks, Cultural Identity, and Social Justice: From Loncheras to Lobsta Love (MIT Press), focused on how food trucks enable social justice and community economic development in cities around the world.
