Edible Insects Festival @ Tufts: BugFeast!

Thursday, April 18, 2019 - 6:30pm

Apr 18, 2019, 6:30 – 9pm EDT

As Biology, Tufts University professor Sara Lewis explains, “it’s remarkable that 2 billion people around the world already consume insects as part of their daily diet. Yet here in the U.S., there’s an 'ick' aversion that we need to overcome. So we see this festival as a catalyst for changing the way people feel about eating insects." Join us for the main event of the Edible Insects Festival, a catered dinner by Brooklyn Bugs' Chef Joseph Yoon.
