Meeting and Discussion with Author Leïla Slimani
The Department of Romance Studies, in cooperation with the Cultural Services of the Consulate of France in Boston and Penguin Random House, invites you to a meeting and discussion with francophone author Leïla Slimani.
Leïla Slimani is a Franco-Moroccan writer, journalist and women’s and human rights advocate. She is also French president Macron’s personal representative for the promotion of the French language and culture. Her novel Chanson douce (The Perfect Nanny) won the prestigious Prix Goncourt in 2016.
