[STS Lunch Seminar] Incorporating Intersectionality into Population Health Research // Madina Agénor

Friday, April 9, 2021 - 12:00pm

Apr 9, 2021, 12 – 1:15pm EDT

In this talk, Dr. Madina Agénor (Tufts Community Health) will discuss critical approaches for incorporating the core tenets of intersectionality into population health research. To date, most intersectional population health research has focused on applying and developing measurement and analysis techniques. However, other approaches are needed to ensure that intersectionality is more fully incorporated into population health research and that its ultimate goal of social justice is achieved.
