Alicia Doyle Lynch received a B.A. in Psychology from Colgate University and a Ph.D. in Child Development at Tufts University. Alicia’s work includes two primary foci: 1. statistical methods for studying human development, and 2. adolescent social development and school policy and reform. In regard to her statistical and research training, Alicia has completed advanced training in methodology, structural equation modeling (SEM), hierarchal linear modeling (HLM), developmental trajectory analysis, techniques for drawing causal inference, and procedures for handling missing data. In her research Alicia works extensively with several large-scale, national datasets and is proficient in a variety of statistical software programs including R, Stata, SPSS, SAS, HLM, and MPlus.
