To apply online, visit the Graduate Admissions website. You'll find details about the online application process as well as the online portal for submitting your application. The department does not base admissions decisions solely on the GRE. GRE General Test scores are optional if you graduated college 5 or more years before your anticipated program start date. A GRE score is not required for current Tufts undergraduates or applicants 5+ years beyond a bachelor's degree. Additional information and application requirements are available on the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences website, such as:
Applications for full-time enrollment in each of UEP's master degree programs are due by January 15. Late applications may be considered.
Applications for the Pathways for Tufts part-time matriculation in UEP programs are due by June 1 for fall enrollment and December 1 for spring enrollment.
Note that the M.P.P. is a mid-career program that requires at least seven years of significant, relevant professional experience. Those who are not yet eligible should consider UEP's M.A. in Urban and Environmental Policy and Planning.
