David Orlinoff is the founder and principal of Concord Financial Organization (CFO), which supports the nonprofit community through financial management consulting and interim management services. From 1990 to 1996 David was the Vice President, Finance and Administration, of Combined Jewish Philanthropies, one of the largest and most diversified nonprofits in Boston. Since 1996 he has served over 60 clients in such fields as community and housing development, arts and culture, social services, research, international development, education, and foundations. Among his other engagements he has served as the interim CFO for the Boston Ballet, Mass. Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children, Education Development Center, Jewish Family & Children’s Services, Elder Services of the Merrimack Valley, RCAP Solutions, and Franklin Pierce University. He is the former board chair of a grant-making foundation and currently serves as the president of the board of Third Sector New England. He is also a director of Nonprofit Net and is a member of the audit committee of United Way of Mass. Bay and Merrimack Valley.

In addition to teaching the financial management course at UEP, David also teaches graduate courses in financial management for nonprofits in the Arts Administration program at Boston University and the School of Graduate and Professional Studies at Northeastern University. He has delivered numerous trainings in nonprofit financial matters through the Arts & Business Council, Associated Grant Makers, and the Association of Small Foundations. David's education includes a BA from UCLA, an MBA from Harvard Business School, and an MS from Bentley.
