Anti-Racist Curatorial Practice Certificate

We will not be accepting applications for the Anti-Racist Curatorial Practice certificate program for the 2023-2024 academic year. It is currently on pause as we update the program. In the meantime, we welcome inquiries, which may be directed to Maura McDonald.

Tufts' graduate certificate in Anti-Racist Curatorial Practice is designed for professionals with experience in art museums and broader art curation who wish to develop foundational expertise in anti-discriminatory curatorial methodologies that work to address issues of oppression. As expectations regarding the social responsibilities of art museums change, it is crucial that today’s museum professionals are trained in anti-discriminatory practices in their professional positions.

The five-course program is offered fully online and can be completed in one to two years.
