Tufts Alum Receives Top National Scholarship

We are so proud of Katelin who continues to succeed in and out of the pool! Katelin also received a NCAA Postgraduate Scholarship in May 2024. After graduating in 2023, she worked full-time in the spring as a Clinical Research Assistant at the Center for Health Solutions at Tufts Medical Center. She is currently pursuing her medical degree at Stanford University and TA’s for Professor Lischko. Katelin is taking the knowledge gained in Community Health and putting it into action! She was recently selected for the Albert Schweitzer Service and Leadership Fellowship, a selective year-long service and leadership program for graduate students interested in health needs in underserved communities. She is launching a project to promote water safety education with a goal of reducing disparities in drowning rates for children living below the federal poverty line.
