For Graduate Students
I am always interested in receiving enquiries from prospective graduate students interested in exploring plant responses to Global Change Biology from a disciplinary or interdisciplinary perspective.
For Undergraduate Students
We welcome inquiries from any undergraduate students who are looking to try out research in plant ecology. Many students conduct research projects in our lab for academic course credit or over the summer. For academic credit student begin with the 93/94 and then advance to Bio193/194 (see course description).
We also have openings for work-study and volunteer positions during the academic year and summers. If you're interested, please email Dr. Orians in advance with a description of your biology background, main area of interest, your unofficial transcript, and a brief resume.
