MA Application Requirements

The Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Justice Leadership (DEIJ-L) program is committed to holistically reviewing all applications. This means that each application will undergo a balanced review across all components of that application to assess students' fit with the program.

We are aware of the complex conversation around the GRE with respect to diversity and graduate admissions. For this reason, our program does not require GRE scores.

Scholarship & Tuition

There are several types of financial aid available through the university and through the program, namely, tuition scholarships, graduate assistantships, and work-study awards and loans through the Office of Financial Aid.

All students – including international students – who apply to the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Justice Leadership program and request consideration for financial aid are eligible to receive tuition scholarships. If admitted to the program, students will be notified of any departmental scholarship awarded upon receipt of their offer letter.

Additionally, all students are eligible to apply for many on-campus jobs, fellowships, and assistantships. Read more about these opportunities.
