The Leadership Program at Tufts University prepares students to lead with confidence, clarity, and purpose in today’s complex and rapidly changing world. Designed for emerging leaders, working professionals, and career changers, the program is offered in a fully online format, with the flexibility to study full-time or part-time.
Through a curriculum grounded in organizational change, systems thinking, and equity frameworks, students gain both theoretical insight and practical tools to drive real-world impact. Our flagship offering is the 30-credit online Master’s in Leadership, which is built to fit around a typical workday, allowing you to balance your studies with your professional and personal commitments while advancing your leadership journey.
