The Leadership Program at Tufts University prepares students to lead with confidence, clarity, and purpose in today’s complex and rapidly changing world. Designed for  emerging leaders, working professionals, and career changers, the program is offered in a fully online format, with the flexibility to study full-time or part-time. 

Students explore the theory and practice of leadership through a curriculum that integrates organizational change, systems thinking, and equity frameworks, alongside applied coursework that supports real-world impact.

Our flagship program is our 30-credit, fully online Master’s in Leadership, which is built to fit around a typical workday, allowing you to balance your studies with your professional and personal commitments.

Students will learn to:

• Apply Leadership Theory to Practice
• Lead Organizational Change Initiatives
• Practice Critical Reflection and Adaptive Leadership
• Develop and execute change strategies that consider systems thinking, stakeholder engagement, and equity frameworks.

We also offer a 4-course fully-online graduate Certificate in DEIJ Leadership.
