The Leadership program is committed to holistically reviewing all applications. This means that each application will undergo a balanced review across all components to assess the student's fit with the program.

We are aware of the complex conversation around the GRE with respect to diversity and graduate admissions. For this reason, our program does not require GRE scores.

Scholarship & Tuition

There are several types of financial aid available for Master's students through the university and through the program. We offer generous tuition scholarships, graduate assistantships, and work-study awards and loans through the Office of Financial Aid. 

• All students who apply to the Leadership Master's program and request consideration for financial aid are eligible to receive tuition scholarships. If admitted to the Master's program, students will be notified of any departmental scholarship awarded upon receipt of their offer letter.
  *The Certificate program is not eligible for federal loans or Tufts tuition scholarships.
• All students are eligible to apply for many on-campus jobs, fellowships, and assistantships.
