In the Leadership Program, you will explore deep questions about our identities, histories, and institutions, while developing skills and tools to create positive, real-world impact. Upon completion of the program, you will be prepared to drive organizational change and social impact through a data-informed lens and values-driven leadership.
Master's Program
Our 30-credit MA in Leadership is designed for working professionals from a broad array of backgrounds. Delivered fully online, the program offers flexible full- and part-time options to fit around your schedule. Our students build a strong foundation in change strategy and leadership frameworks. With both generalist and specialized pathways, you can tailor your studies to your interests while benefiting from the wealth of resources Tufts offers.
Certificate Program
Our fully virtual, 12-credit Certificate in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Justice Leadership is credential built to familiarize you with the key concepts and important tools you need to grow professionally and enact meaningful change. Students who complete this certificate program, if accepted into the master’s program, have their earned credits automatically be counted toward the master’s program.
