Welcome to the Leadership Program
In the Leadership Program, you will explore deep questions about our identities, histories, and institutions, while developing skills and tools to create positive, real-world impact. Upon completion of the program, you will be prepared to address complex organizational and community challenges through values-driven leadership.
Master's Program
Our 10-course interdisciplinary MA in Leadership is available fully online as either a full-time or part-time program and is designed for individuals from a broad array of backgrounds. With flexible options, you can tailor your studies to your interests, choosing either an individualized pathway or a focused specialization within leadership.
Certificate Program
Our 4-course Certificate in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Justice Leadership is available fully online. The program is designed to provide a skills-based leadership curriculum for the working professional. Synchronous courses are offered in the evenings and on weekends making the program ideal for working professionals. Students who complete this certificate program may decide to apply to the MA in Leadership. If accepted into the master’s program, the credits earned toward the completion of the certificate will automatically be counted toward the master’s program.
