Tufts University is ranked No. 22 in the medium college category among Peace Corps’ 2025 Top Volunteer-Producing Colleges and Universities

Six Jumbos are currently serving in the Peace Corps in Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Kosovo, Panama, and Paraguay

Tufts University is now ranked No. 22 in the medium college category among Peace Corps’ 2025 Top Volunteer-Producing Colleges and Universities list.  
 
There are currently six Jumbos serving in six countries around the world including Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Kosovo, Panama, and Paraguay.
 
With the help of Tufts, more than 240,000 Peace Corps Volunteers have served in more than 144 countries since the Peace Corps’ founding in 1961, including 554 Jumbos. This remarkable achievement highlights Tufts' efforts in producing skilled volunteers for the Peace Corps' various global opportunities.
