About the Lab
The Posttraumatic Stress Disorder Neuroimaging Laboratory research involves using neuroimaging techniques such as functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) and positron emission tomography (PET) to examine brain function during the performance of cognitive tasks in individuals with anxiety disorders, especially posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
Professor Lisa Shin's Posttraumatic Stress Disorder Neuroimaging Laboratory consists of graduate and undergraduate students at Tufts University, as well as affiliated research assistants.

Potential Undergraduate Research Assistants
If you would like to join the PTSD Neuroimaging Laboratory as a research assistant for course credit (Psy 91 or 92), please complete the application form and email it to Dr. Shin. Keep in mind that laboratory space fills quickly, usually in early spring (i.e., Feb-March) for the following academic year.
