Symposium In Memoriam of Amelie Oksenberg Rorty
The Department of Philosophy at Tufts University sponsored a Symposium in the History of Philosophy in partnership with the Department of Philosophy at Boston University & Department of Philosophy at Harvard University
Members of our philosophical community gathered together to honor the memory of Amelie Oksenberg Rorty. The day included talks on the history of philosophy with Professor Sally Sedgwick of Boston University, Professor Michael Della Rocca of Yale University and Professor Christiana Olfert of Tufts University. The all-day symposium included lively conversation, philosophical debate, and warm memories of our esteemed colleague.
