Biography
Gérard Gasarian is a Professor of French literature whose research and teaching center on French poetry.
He was trained in France at La Sorbonne and in The United States at UC Berkeley.
In addition to his professional field, his interests include philosophy, art, music and culture, which all contribute to his research and his teaching
He is also a musician who plays the clarinet
