Biography
I have designed and regularly teach a wide range of courses in Spanish language skills (beginner to advanced levels), and in Latin American and Latino/e history, literature, cultures, and film studies. Before settling into my current post at Tufts, I taught at MIT, Cornell, and Indiana University.
Working closely with students to deepen their knowledge and curiosity about Latin American and Latino/e studies is one of the most rewarding parts of my role at Tufts. I encourage students whose academic interests overlap with my research areas to reach out to me by email so that we can schedule a meeting and explore those topics further.
