Minor in Geoscience
The Minor in Geoscience is available to Arts and Sciences students who are majoring in archaeology, astronomy, biology, chemistry, computer science, mathematics, physics, or quantitative economics. Students with other primary majors may petition for the Minor in Geoscience by contacting the department chair with their request, stating how the Minor in Geoscience complements their major.

- The Minor in Geoscience requires 5 total courses.
Course Requirements
The following courses are required:
- EOS 1: The Dynamic Earth or EOS 2 Environmental Geology
- Four additional EOS courses selected in consultation with the faculty advisor. These courses are intended to complement the student's major and scientific or mathematical interests.
