Release Peace: The Magazine

Tufts University has a collaboration with the international magazine “Release Peace: The Magazine” which gives students the opportunity to become a published author on a topic connected to their major, minors, or something they have personal experience with. This is a great opportunity for resume building and for developing one's writing skills. Students will get in-depth support from their editors in developing their piece. An article is 1,000 words and no draft is required before starting the editorial process with them. As the magazine covers a broad range of topics (history, international affairs, culture, society, national security, and much more), students can propose their own idea and discuss it with Release Peace’s editors. Importantly, the magazine is mostly read by professionals working in policymaking, NGOs, the United Nations, officials in D.C., NATO, and think tanks.

A call for submissions will be announced at the beginning of the Fall and Spring semester via the IR Weekly Newsletter. Please direct any questions to internationalrelations@tufts.edu and visit Release Peace: The Magazine for more information.
