Welcome to the Data Analytics Program
Our Data Analytics program is designed to develop flexible leaders with advanced data skills. We offer both a master’s degree and a four course certificate in Data Analytics as well as certificates in related fields such as Spatial Data Analytics, GIS, and Program and Organizational Evaluation. The program is guided by an advisory board who help ensure the program provides rigorous courses in sought-after analytical skills. After completing our master’s or certificate programs, you’ll be able to apply in-depth knowledge of statistics, probability, and data analytics across a broad range of fields.
Master's Program
The 10 course interdisciplinary MS in Data Analytics is designed to serve students in a broad range of fields. The overall structure allows for an in-depth exploration of data analytics based on individual interests. This flexibility enables students to select elective courses based on their areas of interest and professional goals. Most students finish the master’s program in two years, but it can be completed in one with accelerated study.
Certificate Programs
The four course Certificate in Data Analytics is ideal for students who wish to earn a credential in data analytics, but who may not need or be ready to commit to a full master’s program. The program provides a background in the skills needed to make data-driven decisions. Students who complete the certificate program and decide to continue on and apply to the MS in Data Analytics program can apply credits earned in the certificate toward the master’s program requirements, if they are accepted into the master’s program.
