Film Studio, Barnum 204

The FMS film studio is available to students currently taking FMS production classes and FMS film and media faculty, staff, and students working on media projects.

Reservations

For fall 2025, priority access to the film studio will be given to senior honors thesis, directed studies, and students enrolled in FMS production courses (FMS10, FMS13, FMS36, FMS94-1, and FMS94-2). These students will be given access to the studios. Priority reservations can be made by booking through Reserve Tufts and choosing the Film and Media Production Spaces Template.

Please note: this space will also be used for production courses

Room Policies

Food and drink are not permitted in this space. This is a multi-purpose space; it is the sole responsibility of the person who made the reservation to set-up and clean-up after each use. If you are using the space for a multi-day film shoot, please contact Kyle Petty to request a location to store your equipment and props. Personal items will be discarded after 24 hours if left behind. 
 
Access privileges to space will be revoked if guidelines are not met. Damage caused by gross neglect will be the responsibility of the person who booked the reservation.
