Carolyn Pelnik (AY 25) and Sarah Shaukat (AY 25) PhD Candidates in the Neubauer Family PhD Program in Economics and Public Policy win awards for distinction in research at the Northeast Universities Development Conference held at Northeastern University, 2-3 November 2024. The conference attracted more than 300 development researchers from across the world.
