Biography

Steve Cicala received his PhD in economics from Harvard University in 2013. His work focuses on the economics of regulation, particularly with respect to environmental and energy policy. He is a Faculty Research Fellow at the National Bureau of Economic Research and an Associate Scholar of the Harvard Environmental Economics Program. He has also taught at the University of Chicago and Harvard University.
