Barnum Cinema and Auditorium, 008

The FMS Cinema/Auditorium is equipped with a state-of-the-art film projection system and can be reserved for special events by FMS faculty, staff, and students who have been trained on the equipment usage. 

Reservations 

Faculty and staff can reserve in the Tufts Room Reservations system or by contacting Gina O'Connor. FMS students looking to host a special event should contact Gina O'Connor or Kyle Petty and include the date and time needed and details regarding the event. Users looking to utilize the projection equipment should have experience or will require additional training. We cannot guarantee this space.  

Policies 

It is the sole responsibility of the person who made the reservation to set-up and clean-up after each event or meeting. Events that may disrupt classes, meetings, or other events in adjacent spaces are not allowed and will not be approved. Personal items will be discarded after 24 hours if left behind.  

Access privileges to space will be revoked if guidelines are not met. Damage caused by gross neglect will be the responsibility of the person who booked the reservation.
