Finishing Studios, Barnum LL21 and LL22

The two FMS finishing studios are each equipped with a single Mac computer with Adobe Creative Suite, DeVinci Color Resolve, Avid Editing, large monitor connection, and sound editing equipment.

Reservations

For fall 2025, priority access to the finishing studios will be given to senior honors thesis students and students enrolled in directed studies. These students will be given swipe access to the studios. Priority reservations can be made by booking through Reserve Tufts and choosing the Film and Media Production Spaces Template. If the studio is not reserved students may use it on a drop-in basis.

Reservation Policies

• Reservations limited to 3-hour time blocks.
• Students with reservations have priority; however, students with access may use the studios if they are vacant, but should vacate if a student arrives for a scheduled reservation.
• For all other students, reservations and swipe access required. Please contact Gina O'Connor or Kyle Petty to request a reservation (please allow 2-3 day advance notice)

If LL21 and LL22 are not available, all FMS students are welcome to use the FMS Editing Lab in LL32.

Room Policies

Food and drink are not permitted in this space. It is the sole responsibility of the person who made the reservation to set-up and clean-up after each use. Personal items will be discarded after 24 hours if left behind. 
 
Access privileges to space will be revoked if guidelines are not met. Damage caused by gross neglect will be the responsibility of the person who booked the reservation.
