Student Organizations
Tufts has over 300 student groups and organizations. Below are some related to the Department of the History of Art and Architecture.
Tufts Architectural Society
On campus an active, independent Tufts Architectural Society is operated by undergraduate students, featuring a full slate of programs, meetings, and field trips, as well as opportunities for organizational leadership and participation.
Graduate Students
The student-led Graduate Student Council (GSC) provides social, cultural, and educational opportunities for arts, sciences, and engineering graduate students at Tufts University.
Local Organizations
Tufts students interested in architecture are strongly encouraged to become Student Affiliate members of the Boston Society of Architects and student members of the New England Chapter/Society of Architectural Historians.
Both organizations sponsor events, function as information clearing-houses for local events, and provide opportunities for education and networking.
