In January 2023, the Ballett Zurich premiered a new ballet to George Antheil’s revolutionary composition "Ballet mécanique" with music for solo piano and multiple loudspeakers created by pianist Guy Livingston and Tufts Senior Lecturer in Music and Co-Director of the Music Engineering program Paul Lehrman.

Tufts Music Librarian Anna Kijas helped launch Saving Ukrainian Cultural Heritage Online/SUCHO, a network of over 1,000 volunteer "warrior librarians" which works to preserve Ukrainian heritage and provide the equipment for local archivists on the ground.
