Society of Physics Students
The Society of Physics Students (SPS) chapter at Tufts is an organization open to any student who has an interest in physics. The group meets weekly during the academic year for pizza and conversation. Coming to a meeting is a great way to meet other students in a relaxed and social environment. Many who attend are physics or astrophysics majors, but students with other majors or those who are just curious about the Department of Physics and Astronomy in any way are encouraged to attend too! SPS also hosts events such as an undergraduate research fair, career night, graduate school info session, and community outreach activities.
